Munich – Obermenzing

Life away from the hustle and bustle of the city

Obermenzing is an upscale residential area with a village character in the west of Munich. The district borders on Nymphenburger Park and is traversed by two waterways – the Würm and the Schlosskanal.

Neighbouring districts include Nymphenburg and Pasing. The area is free from industrial activities. The local residential structure is considered "upscale", in accordance with the broader character of the district.

Our property is only two blocks back from the Nymphenburg Canal, a wonderful spot for various leisure activities. Very close to the east end of Meyerberstrasse, on Landshoffstrasse, you'll find a large playground for the little ones.

With a bike ride along the canal you can reach Pasing S-Bahn train station and the Pasing Arcaden in a few minutes; alternatively hop two stops on bus line 160. Kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools are all easily accessible.
