This building project is being built in the Bürgerfelde district (Eupener Straße). All day-to-day facilities and a bus stop are within walking distance. It is only approx. 3.5 km to the city center of Oldenburg.

The university town of Oldenburg with over 170,000 inhabitants is one of the four largest cities in Lower Saxony. Since 2009, Oldenburg has held the title "City of Science" and in addition to the university, hospitals, state theater and all branches of school, the city with its pedestrian zone, numerous shops and diverse restaurants also offers plenty of flair for everyday life! In terms of transport, the city is surrounded by a ring road.
