In spring 2020, Praml Bau GmbH will build a small-scale apartment building in Allach with a total of 6 apartments including an underground car park in tried and tested Praml Bau quality (KfW 55 Energy Efficient House).
Praml Bau GmbH realizes apartments from approx. 39 m² to 136 m² of living space individually, stone on stone, in solid brick masonry and using the highest quality building materials and branded products.
Generous outfitting budgets for bathrooms, floors, doors, etc. allow plenty of scope for individual wishes. Large windows opening onto terraces or balconies provide plenty of daylight in the modern living/dining areas. Heating takes place via comfortable underfloor heating with individual room controls and an additional towel radiator in the bathrooms. All roller blinds are operated electrically and ventilation with heat recovery always ensures a pleasant residential environment.
Each owner has a single underground parking space and a storage room in the basement.

Location
The Allach district is located in the northwest of the Bavarian metropolis of Munich.
The attractive and quiet location in Munich-Allach near the outskirts is particularly popular due to the numerous leisure opportunities and the proximity to Langwieder See, Lußsee, Birkensee or Allacher Lohe.
You can get to S-Bahn train line 2 at the Allach train station by bike in 6 minutes or by MVV bus in just under 10 minutes. There are enough shops for daily errands, doctors, schools, kindergartens, etc. available to the residents here.
In a few kilometers you can reach the A8 towards Stuttgart, the A99 to the large lakes in the west of Munich or one of the large feeder roads to Munich city center.
