Project
With this new residential ensemble in a prestigious inner city location directly on the banks of the Isar in Munich, Euroboden have created an urban development that not only does justice to this beloved place, but also enriches it. Based on designs by Thomas Kröger, the result is a multi-layered building whose wide variety of apartment typologies and outdoor spaces pays homage to the established structures of the Gärtnerplatzviertel. "Good floor plans, complex facades, beautiful materials," writes the FAZ. Recently completed, the building deliberately plays with historical and contemporary references and thus blends in harmoniously with the surrounding Wilhelminian-style buildings. The facade is characterized by spacious bay windows, slim columns and floor-to-ceiling glazing, and two distinctive inner courtyards offer exterior spaces with a strong identity.
The only available apartment in the ensemble is located in the green, quiet garden courtyard. It is a 3+1-room maisonette apartment, which extends over 121 square meters of living space like a house within a house over three floors. It has two bedrooms, an open living-dining-kitchen area with a private garden area and a daylight basement. The apartment also has a single parking space in the underground car park.

Erhardtstraße 10 is located in Munich's Isarvorstadt in the urban and lively Gärtnerplatzviertel.
