The first impression counts. That's why our four buildings, which we are building for you in two construction phases, impress from the outside with their modern, high-quality structures. Contrasting elements give the ensemble a contemporary appearance that blends harmoniously into the surroundings. A special architectural highlight are the two courtyards that are created on the north-east side due to the building arrangement and make you want to linger and celebrate together.
Friendliness is also the key in the 23 two- to four-room apartments that we are building in the first construction phase. Generous window areas, some of which are floor-to-ceiling, flood your four walls with daylight. Terraces, balconies and loggias extend the living space to the outside.
