Bad Wörishofen - geographically located in the state of Bavaria, within the administrative district of Swabia and the county of Unterallgäu - is found in the Danube-Iller region of Central Swabia, about 80 kilometers west of Munich and about 35 kilometers east of Memmingen am Wörthbach, a tributary of the Mindel river.

You live in the immediate vicinity of the traffic-calmed town center and at the same time a few minutes' walk from the town's spa park. With over 8000 rose bushes and more than 530 varieties, this is one of the largest rose gardens in Germany. A 1.5 km long barefoot circular path is laid out here – the so-called "Osteo-Walk" – with exercise instructions, a large public Kneipp hydrotherapeutic facility, and various medicinal plant and herb trails. In the freely accessible, open-air 'inhalatorium', you can breathe in naturally salt-laden, humid air, exerting a positive influence on your well-being. Train on the 2.5 km fitness trail with 20 exercise stations through the Bad Wörishofener recreational forest.

You will also find stylish entertainment right in the centre. In addition to the open-air stage, the spa orchestra offers a repertoire that can be heard in the Kursaal: classical music, operetta, musical, jazz, Dixie, rock, swing and Viennese coffee house music. You can experience lectures, theatre and cabaret in the Kurtheater.

Optimal connections to local and long-distance transport exist by train (via the Türkheim–Bad Wörishofen connection to Buchloe–Memmingen, direct connections to the ICE stop Augsburg HBF and to Buchloe. From there direct connections to Munich or Zurich possible), as well as by car the A96 Munich-Lindau, A7 Stuttgart-Ulm-Memmingen, A9 Nuremberg-Munich, A8 Munich-Salzburg. The next commercial airports are in Memmingen (approx. 40 km) or in Munich (approx. 90 km).
