EDITION AW18 consists of two composite structures and comprises ten condominiums. There are four high-quality garden apartments on the ground floor, each of which has its own private garden for exclusive use. The upper floor apartments on the first floor of this new build have spacious loggias and balconies. The elevated view of the Würm and the surrounding gardens with their mature trees is particularly attractive here.
A highlight are the spacious loft apartments on the second floor. These two new apartments each have their own private lift access. Two large sun terraces offer a wonderful view over the local recreation areas along the Würm. Inspired by the surrounding development in the historically mature town centre, EDITION AW18 was designed with two modern gable roofs that are offset from one another to further emphasize the generosity of the rooftop terrace apartments: the slope of the roofs results in clear ceiling height of up to four meters in the living areas of these uppermost apartments, which can optionally be utilised via the installation of a gallery or mezzanine level.

These elegant condominiums have living areas of approx. 77 m² to 208 m² and can be realized with an open-plan or closed kitchen. The generously sized living areas open to the terraces and loggias, some of which feature floor-to-ceiling glazing, connecting the living spaces with lush outdoor settings.
Fine materials are used for the interiors of this new building which, taking into account the spatial planning, can be selected by the owners of the respective apartment – from the choice of wood and tiles for floors and walls to the outfitting of the sanitary areas and wellness-spa bathrooms. Make your choice among various designs and sizes with matching fittings in numerous styles. Real wood parquet floors in oak are available for the living areas and are available with different surfacing options. For bathrooms, kitchens and hallways, tiles or fine stone are available in seven colours.
