The apartment buildings are built in accordance with the Building Energy Act (GEG) and the federal funding for efficient buildings (BEG) as efficiency houses - 40 NH (sustainability class). A sustainability certification is issued for the efficiency houses by an accredited certification body, which confirms compliance with the requirements of the “Sustainable Building” quality seal.

The entire construction work is carried out in accordance with the relevant DIN/EN standards, the valid regulations of the GEG and thermal, sound and fire protection. The standard “Sound insulation in building construction” according to DIN 4109-5: 2020-08 Table 1 (Increased requirements) is used as a basis for sound insulation.
