Project description
This multi-family apartment building – dating from 1967 and situated on a 1,077 m2plot of land – was completely gutted in 2018/2019 and brought up to date in terms of energy efficiency standards. The layout of the apartments has been optimised and a total of 8 apartments have been created. To arrive and feel good is the motto for your new home. An appealing facade design as well as the spatial division of building's interior were important factors in our renovation plans. To this, large-format windows ensure pleasant lighting conditions throughout.
Over living spaces measuring between 61 and 159 square metres, these 2- to 4-room apartments have generously proportioned living-dining areas, modern bathrooms – some of which come with floor-level showers – balconies and terraces.
The apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy in October 2020.
