Project description
Five luxury new build apartments
P R O J E C T D E C R E I B U N G
A high-quality feel-good home
We are building five exclusive feel-good apartments with underground parking for you in this very popular location.
This classic and timeless architectural style offers comfortable condominiums with a successful floor plan. The high quality is underlined by a solid construction with double-shell masonry, light gray triple-glazed and mostly floor-to-ceiling wooden windows and room heights of 2.80 m to 3.00 m. The living, dining and cooking area in the penthouse as well as the bedrooms are for one very special residential experience room-high open to the roof.
The apartments are equipped with our usual high-quality Mollwitz outfitting features and can be individually designed according to your personal ideas and wishes regarding the interior fittings (e.g. in the area of parquet, tiles, doors, bathroom fittings, etc.). We look forward to accompanying you in this process.
Due to the optimal southern orientation of all apartments, the gardens, balconies and roof terrace are guaranteed sunshine from morning to evening.
The basement has a very spacious bicycle storage room as well as cellar rooms for each apartment with a size of at least 12 m².
The construction project has already been approved and the start of construction is planned for summer 2022. We can therefore assure you of completion for quarter 02/24.

Location
Gross Flottbeck offers this
Flottbek and the surrounding area scores with its first-class educational institutions. There are a number of daycare centers, a primary school and three top-class high schools in Othmarschen nearby. In 2014, the International School, the most expensive and ultra-modern school in Hamburg, moved to the Osdorfer part of Hemmingstedter Weg, right on the border to Groß Flottbek. The Europa Kolleg also enjoys a good reputation with its courses in European and European Legal Studies.
As a leisure activity, children and young people can choose between hockey, horseback riding or early music education in the Johannes Brahms Conservatory. Or they play at the Viersaisonnzeiten tennis club on Windmühlenweg, where Tommy Haas hit balls over the net for years. All facilities are on site, the enthusiasm for sports is traditionally great in this district, as evidenced by clubs such as the Groß Flottbeker Turnverein or the Reitverein.
The Waitzstraße shopping mile stretches dead straight for 360 meters. Traditional shops such as the Harder bookstore or Lindner delicatessen have predominated here. Flottbeker can choose between six bakeries/cafes when buying bread rolls or drink a latte macchiato there.
The small shopping area on the rural Beseler Straße is idyllic with an enchanting jeweler in a thatched cottage, a café, a dry cleaner and a bank. A social event is the Flottbeker Markt, whose market suppliers and customers are sometimes in the third generation visiting the market.
