Property description
We're developing 52 residential units surrounding a striking square – Der Winzerer Hof – on the site of the former Wangler furniture store on the corner of Alte Nürnberger Strasse and Schelmengraben.
A total of 52 residential units are being built in a modern five-storey residential building with 52 underground parking spaces and 2 open car parking spaces for visitors. We create high-quality condominiums with 1 to 4 rooms from 36 m² to 119 m² living space with balconies, loggias and rooftop terraces.
The architecture of the Winzerer Hof is the award-winning design from an architectural competition.
The open space in the inner courtyard offers a high quality of stay with a central seating area. The children's playground areas are divided up for different play situations. The private garden areas are partitioned by green spaces and hedges in such a way that views is largely restricted. Despite optimal transport connections, the Winzerer Hof is well shielded from Frankenstrasse, the main east-west traffic axis of Regensburg's city center.

The location of the Winzerer Hof at the foot of the Winzerer Höhen is characterized by its proximity to the old town of Regensburg. Over the Oberpfalzbrücke you can walk to the Dultplatz opposite to the Oberen Wöhrd with its picturesque beer gardens on the banks of the Danube. The main train station can be reached by bus in 15 minutes. There is a direct connection to the A93, B16 and B15 via Frankenstrasse.
