The elevator gives you barrier-free access from the courtyard in the basement up to every floor. A full-service caretaker, the energy-saving construction as a KfW Efficiency House 55, plus modern and high-quality finishes complete the building’s offerings.

Location description
These two multi-family homes are in the beautiful Ersingen district of the small city of Erbach in the Danube valley, about 18 km southwest of Ulm.
Erbach has several districts and, with around 13,000 residents, features a lively club scene and a broad offering for families. The nearby larger towns of Erbach and Ehingen are distinguished by mid-sized businesses, comprehensive infrastructure, excellent medical care, financial institutions, attractive shopping, higher-level schools, and the nearest train connections, all of which contribute to a high quality of life.
Thanks to excellent transport links, you can reach the B311 and B30 in the direction of Ulm in just a few minutes’ drive. In the future, the new bypass will also let you access the B30 (Ulm–Biberach) in a matter of minutes. You can reach the A7 and A8 motorways in about 20 minutes. Alternatively, there is generally good access to the Deutsche Bahn rail network.
