Welcome to your new home.

In beautiful Dietenheim, we are building two apartment buildings for you with a total of 16 residential units as well as bicycle, outdoor and underground parking spaces in tried and tested, solid construction. Our buildings are of course built according to the guidelines of the latest energy saving regulations (KfW 40). This makes them particularly efficient, which keeps energy costs low and conserves resources.

Life in Dietenheim

Dietenheim is a small town on the southeastern edge of the Alb-Donau district in Baden-Württemberg. Club life and maintaining traditions are very important in Dietenheim. In total there are over 50 clubs from the areas of culture, sport and social affairs. Nature also has a lot to offer - the idyllic swimming lake, for example, with a kiosk and playground invites you to linger and swim and the Iller is just a stone's throw away. Overall, Dietenheim offers its residents a very high level of recreational value and is also an ideal starting point for trips to Upper Swabia, the Swabian Alb or the Allgäu.

Thanks to the optimal transport connections, you can quickly get there on foot or on bike. Shopping, going to school and everyday errands can be done comfortably on foot.
