46 furnished microapartments are being built at Ernststraße 1 in the southeast of Nuremberg. These can be rented out to students, trainees and interns. Nuremberg: a top science and business location

From 2025, the new Technical University of Nuremberg will complement the city's university landscape. It offers space for around 6,000 additional students on a new campus in the south of Nuremberg. The city is counting on the training of its junior workforce and we are building their homes with our new "Castle Apartments" construction project.
