Carl-Bender-Strasse in the Dotzheim district is centrally located in the center of Wiesbaden. A good transport connection as well as all utilities for daily needs, kindergartens, schools and doctors of all disciplines can be found in the immediate vicinity.

The architecture
The building has been integrated into its surroundings with great sensitivity. The modern apartments impress with their successful combination of light, exclusivity and optimal use. The effect of the floor-to-ceiling windows with fine subdivisions is underlined by the transparent balcony parapets. Colours, shapes and materials are harmoniously coordinated.
The construction
The building will be constructed in solid masonry and meets all the requirements of GEG 2023. Foundations and floor slab in concrete. The outer walls and the load-bearing inner walls are made of sand-lime brick or reinforced concrete. The floors are made of reinforced concrete. The storey stairs are also made of reinforced concrete. They are covered with polished granite steps. A thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) is applied to the outer masonry.
The house entrance system made of light metal profiles and an insulating glass door made of safety glass has an electric door opener as well as a door closer and door holder.
The grounds
The driveways and sidewalks will be paved. The remaining area of the property will have turf. Solitary trees, shrubs and ground cover are planted.

- Kitchens, bathrooms, guest toilets and utility rooms receive tile flooring of your choice from our range. The living and sleeping areas as well as the floorboards have a floor covering based on a sample template with a matching skirting board.
- The ceilings and walls of the apartments are papered with woodchip wallpaper and laid out in white.
- The apartment is equipped with a multimedia distribution box and a large number of electrical switches (large-area switches) and sockets. Telephone connections and TV cable of your choice.
- An exhaust air heat pump for hot water preparation for heating and ventilation is installed in the utility room of each apartment. A photovoltaic system will be installed on the roof to generate electricity.
- The rooms in the apartments are heated with underfloor heating. The temperature is controlled individually in each room.
- The apartments will have an electrically operated fireplace in the style of an open fireplace.
- Each apartment has a basement room. A common room is available for the residents of the house.
- A passenger elevator, for up to 8 people each, connects all floors of the house. The elevator can be reached from the basement level, the building entrances and the floors without steps.
- To increase your security, access from the underground car park to the house is alarmed.
