"Living on Burgstrasse"
With our construction project “Living in Burgstrasse” in Bedburg, 24 semi-detached houses are being built in a very family-friendly environment that leave nothing to be desired. Everything has been thought of here, from the generous amount of space and light-flooded rooms to your own terrace with garden on the edge of a field. Each house has a landscaped garage with integrated storage for bicycles and an additional parking space in front of it.
Two different types of houses are being built on Burgstrasse: The semi-detached house without a basement: For the small family - with a living space of approx. 117 m² distributed over 4 rooms. If you need a little more space, the semi-detached house with cellar is the right choice: for the large family with a living space of around 131 m² spread over 5 rooms.
The city of Bedburg is located in the Rhein-Erft district in the city quadrangle of Cologne, Aachen, Düsseldorf and Mönchengladbach and is optimally connected to the surrounding large cities. The next bus stop is a few meters away, the nearest motorway entrance is around 1.2 km. By car you can reach Düsseldorf or Cologne in 20 to 30 minutes.
