An urban design was developed that perfectly integrates the villa types "Clara" and "Plura" with plot areas of approx. 297 m² to approx. 373 m² with contemporary modern architecture into the entire building area. Based on the overall concept, the realization of two unique types of villas with a uniform design language and at the same time a wide variety of facades, accents and variations in the architecture simultaneously serves countless wishes of different buyer preferences. The name of the villa type "Clara" (Latin for "bright", "clear") stands for the spacious, open concept of this project and reflects the light-flooded and opulent room layout. This residential comfort is increased by the villa type "Plura" (lat. "More"), the name of which underlines the size of the imposing villa.
