A 4-storey residential building with 11 apartments and an underground car park with 10 parking spaces is being built on this 801 m² property. A building permit has been granted.
The project is being developed as a "KfW 55 Efficiency House" on the basis of the current Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV). Buying a home here can therefore be subsidized thanks to KfW funding. Particularly attractive here are high repayment subsidies for energy-efficient new buildings and the families with children construction benefit (among other KfW funding opportunities).
Modern architecture with elaborate facade details adapts perfectly to the surrounding environment. All apartments have terraces, balconies or loggias. Under the building there is an underground car park with 10 parking spaces and sufficient bicycle parking spaces, which can be easily reached via a car elevator.
Apartments
Apartment floor plans can be individually adapted within the framework of the project's overall structural possibilities. Apartments on one floor can also be merged and the rooms redistributed. This means that 5- to 7-room apartments can be designed.
Each home's living space calculation is based on the current living space ordinance. The area of the terraces on the ground floor, the balconies on the upper floors and the loggias on the top floor are calculated at 50% of the actual total area.
If you are seriously interested in an apartment, you have the opportunity to reserve in advance. We will then withhold reservation or sale of the apartment to any other interested party for the reservation period.

Kaulsdorf is idyllically embedded in the Wuhletal landscape protection area with the Kaulsdorf's lakes and extensive forest and meadow areas nearby.
Bredereckstr. 18a is located in a quiet residential area in the northern part of Kaulsdorf. The surrounding development consists of single-family detached houses and and multi-family apartment buildings, some of which date from Germany's Gründerzeit and post-reunification periods.
