Quartiersentwicklung
Auf dem rd. 26.000 qm großen Grundstück eines ehemaligen Gewerbeareals entstand ein gemischtes Stadtquartier aus Wohnen und Arbeiten. Um den großen öffentlichen 6.700 qm großen Stadtgarten wurden sechs kleine Einzelquartiere (A-F) entwickelt. Das Quartier F beherbergt u.a. eine Kita mit kindgerechtem Außenbereich. Von den ca. 616 Wohnungen wurden hier erstmalig für Berlin in Zusammenarbeit mit der HOWOGE 125 preisgedämmte Mietwohnungen im Rahmen des sozialen Wohnungsbaus erstellt.
