An apartment that is mature, functional yet casual and not overloaded. be.grow stands for contemporary living with a sustainable overall concept, a design language that's comfortable and clear. A courtyard with space for relaxing and numerous bicycle parking spaces acts as the communicating element between the front and rear buildings. Each floor is accessible by elevator from the prestigious, barrier-free entrance foyer.

The apartments demonstrate how good functionality can look today. Every square inch is optimised for utility, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a well thought-out floor plan ensuring an open, bright domestic atmosphere. The clincher: many of the apartments have a shelving unit that functions as a flexible room divider, positioned to partition off the sleeping area in no time and effectively create a small 2-room apartment.

The sleeping area even has its own window, an absolute special feature given that properties of this kind usually only offer a sleeping alcove. For your media setup, a compartment with rotating element is built into the room divider so that a TV can be viewed from both the bedroom and the living area.

be.flexible – mobile room design for individual development

Room divider – turn one into two: here a specially designed, room-high shelving unit serves also as a real wall, a modern, moveable room divider that makes the apartments the perfect place for individualists. With it, if necessary, a small 2-bedroom apartment with separate living and sleeping areas can be created from a 1-bedroom apartment. And even the sleeping area has its own floor-to-ceiling window. Depending on the size of the apartment, the room divider comes with one or two sliding doors and offers plenty of storage space thanks to several shelves. Practical: a compartment with a rotating element allows the rotation of the TV so that it can be enjoyed from both the bedroom and the living area.

Kitchen – studio kitchens offer everything you need for daily living: a built-in microwave with grill, an under-counter refrigerator, a small induction hob, stainless steel faucets, a quartz stone worktop, LED lighting and optimally planned upper and lower cabinets with many storage options for crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

For an additional charge, upgrade to a high quality SieMatic designer kitchen. On request, the kitchen can be extended to include a kitchen island – with a 60s ceramic hob and a built-in fridge with freezer compartment. This creates space for more work space, storage space and a dishwasher.
