Outfitting

All apartments will be fully functional – a comprehensive building description will be discussed in the course of planning and a joint decision will be made. Parquet floors with underfloor heating are provided as standard in the apartments. Sanitary amenities from a well-known manufacturer have been costed for the bathrooms, along with wall tiles and floor coverings made of fine natural stone or tiles. In the basic outfitting package, all walls and ceilings are to be smoothly plastered and painted white. Each apartment has its own basement and two bicycle parking spaces.

Large windows and spacious balconies admit plenty of light in from the outside and promise pleasant residential comfort. The building as a whole and apartments are barrier-free accessible, while individual apartments can be designed to be handicapped accessible on request.
