  • Each apartment has been allocated a reworked basement compartment.
YOUR LIVING SPACE
  • All trades are carried out by long-standing partners with German quality standards and German brand products.
  • All walls and ceilings of the residential units are filled, sanded and painted white in Q3 quality.
  • The floors of the living rooms and bedrooms are covered with real wood parquet (approx. 15 mm thick).
  • In the kitchen, bathroom and adjoining rooms, the floors and the wall areas of the toilet and bathbathtub tiled with porcelain stoneware.
  • All residential units have a balcony or a roof terrace.
  • Interior doors and apartment entrance doors are being renewed and repaired. Soundproof entrance doors in RC2 security class, intercom, video monitor and electric door opener.
  • Heating is provided by a gas-fired central heating system and new radiators in all apartments.
  • Villeroy & Boch washbasins and wall-mounted low-flush toilets, model Architectura, are being installed in all bathrooms.
  • For the fittings in the bathrooms, we have chosen the Eurocube series from the German manufacturer Grohe. As an option, we are happy to offer you the installation of fittings from the manufacturer Gessi as a special request.
  • The shower is equipped with a shower mixer with thermostat and additional valves for operating the rain shower and hand shower.
  • The bathtubs made of enamelled steel are supplied by the German brand manufacturer Bette (or similar).
  • In addition, there are electrically operated towel radiators from Kermi (or similar) in the bathrooms.
  • All pipes in the bathrooms have been replaced, hot water in all rooms is provided by instantaneous water heaters or via the central heating.
  • Electricity, gas and water consumption are recorded on a separate meter for each apartment.
