Your new condominium is being built in the "TaunusViertel", a beautiful new build residential development area on the outskirts of Idstein. Bad Homburger Straße is located on the southwestern slope with a view over the city and the forests of the Taunus. You can reach the construction site via the L3026 in the direction of Niedernhausen.
The Project
Architecture
This 3-storey apartment building benefits from a clearly structured facade. The apartments convince with their successful combination of light, exclusivity and optimal use. The effect of finely subdivided floor-to-ceiling windows is underlined by transparent balcony balustrades. Colours, shapes and materials are coordinated with one another. And a special atmosphere is created in the penthouse apartments.
Construction
The building will be realised in solid masonry and meets all energy efficiency requirements under EnEV 2016 regulations. Foundations and floor slabs are concrete, while the the outer walls and the load-bearing inner walls are made of sand-lime brick or reinforced concrete. Upper level floors/ceilings consist of reinforced concrete, as are staircases. These are clad with polished granite. A thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) is applied to the outer masonry. The building's entrance system consists of light metal profiles and double glazed doors set with safety glass and fitted with an electric door opener/closer/holder device.
Outdoor areas
The driveways and sidewalks are paved. The remaining land is sown with lawn and planted with trees and shrubs.
Outfitting
- Polymer-framed windows with thermal insulation glazing are used. One-hand turn-tilt or one-hand turn fittings in concealed design are used.
- Windows in the ground floor apartments and glazed balcony doors on the 1st floor have burglar-resistant fittings.
- All kitchen and living room windows have electrically operated exterior blinds made of powder-coated aluminium. All remaining windows set into the facade are provided with electrically operated roller shutters made of plastic sliding profiles.
- Bathroom and shower room windows set in the facade are made of satined glass.
- Apartment 4.1 on the top floor has a lift and slide element in the living room.
- White, plastic-coated interior doors are installed with fittings according to our samples.
- The apartment entrance doors in sound-absorbing design have a wide-angle spyhole. A multi-point lock and a intercom system with an integrated video surveillance system are provided for your security.
- The bathrooms and toilets are tiled room-high. Acrylic bathtubs and amenities in colours of your choosing.
- The shower area is tiled flush with the floor with a drainage channel and tiled recess. The showers have a clear glass shower enclosure.
- Modern ceiling spotlights are installed above the vanity unit and large-format mirror surface.
- The living and sleeping areas are equipped with parquet flooring and a matching skirting board. Ceilings and walls of the apartments are wallpapered with woodchip wallpaper and finished in white.
- Apartments are equipped with a multimedia distribution box and a large number of electric switches and sockets. Telephone connections and TV cables of your choosing.
- A combined heat and power unit and a condensing boiler will be installed as a compact energy centre for generating heat, hot water and electricity. The apartments receive a demand-driven exhaust air system according to DIN 1946 standards.
- The rooms are heated by comfortable underfloor heating. Heat and water consumption are measured per apartment. Temperatures are controlled individually in each room.
- The apartments will have a hot-air fireplace with fire-resistant glazing for the firebox and ledges made of natural stone.
- A basement room belongs to every apartment. A laundry room and a common room are available for the residents of the house.
- A passenger elevator, for up to 8 people each, connects all floors of the house. The elevators can be reached threshold-free from the building entrances and on the floors.
- To increase your security, access from the underground car park to the house is secured by an alarm.

Idstein
A mature town with a long tradition
The town centre features of the Hexenturm (Witches' Tower), the castle and medieval half-timbered houses with slate-tiled roofs. Here history meets the contemporary. Nevertheless, Idstein is open to everything new. This is proven by numerous shops in the cosy central pedestrian zone. Here you can find a variety of outlets that make shopping a joy. Whether you're looking for a fashionable boutique or a supermarket, you'll find it all here.
Idstein is a town of schools. Primary schools, secondary schools, high schools, special schools and adult education centres ensure a wide range of educational opportunities. There are several kindergartens and a retirement home. In addition to general practitioners, specialists and pharmacies, the most important supply facilities also include a hospital.
Local leisure activities include beautiful hiking trails in the nearby Taunus forests, public barbecue areas and riding arena.
