Your new condominium is being built in the "TaunusViertel", a beautiful new build area on the outskirts of Idstein. Bad Homburger Straße is located on the southwest slope with a view over the city and the Taunus forests. You can reach the construction area via the L3026 in the direction of Niedernhausen.

The Project

Architecture

The 3-storey apartment building benefits from a clearly structured facade. The apartments convince with their successful combination of light, exclusivity and optimal use. The effect of the finely subdivided floor-to-ceiling windows is underlined by transparent balcony balustrades. Colors, shapes and materials are coordinated with one another. A special atmosphere is created in the penthouse apartments.

Construction

The building will be built in solid masonry and meets all requirements of GEG 2020. Foundations and floor slab in concrete. The outer walls as well as the load-bearing inner walls are made of sand-lime brick or reinforced concrete. The ceilings consist of reinforced concrete ceilings, the stairs are also made of reinforced concrete, clad with polished granite. A thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) is applied to the outer masonry. The house entrance system is made of light metal profiles and a double glazed door made of safety glass has an electric door opener, door closer and door holder.
