Your new family home is being built in the "Taunus quarter", a beautiful new development area on the outskirts of Idstein. Bad Homburger Straße is located on a south-western slope with a view of the town and the Taunus forests. You can reach the construction site via the L3026 in the direction of Niedernhausen.
The houses score points through their clearly structured facades. Large, finely subdivided windows underline the exterior's harmonious character. Thermal plasterwork is applied to the external masonry to increase the thermal insulation value.
Walkways are paved and the terrace covered with large-format pavers. The remaining property plot is sown with lawn and planted with various shrubs and ornamentals.
