Renchen is a town in Baden-Württemberg and is located in the Ortenaukreis, near Offenburg and Strasbourg (France). Here we are building a total of 10 residential units with approx. 134 m² of living space, including 4 semi-detached houses and 6 terraced houses.

A central feature of this project is its outstanding energy efficiency. This means maximum cost-effectiveness and exemplary environmental awareness. To further minimize the environmental impact, the heat and hot water for each individual house is provided by an air-to-water heat pump that is 100% renewable and does not use fossil fuels.

Each of the modern residential buildings extends over three floors and offers a well-thought-out floor plan and a friendly, light-flooded atmosphere. There is enough space for the entire family here. In addition to the spacious interiors, each house has an inviting terrace that invites you to relax and linger, as well as its own garden area.

Renchen is located in the Ortenaukreis, which is in the southwest of Germany. The place is located in the Upper Rhine Plain, approximately 20 kilometers northwest of Offenburg and approximately 25 kilometers east of Strasbourg, France.
