Renchen is a town in Baden-Württemberg and is located in the Ortenaukreis, near Offenburg and Strasbourg (France). Here we are building a total of 10 residential units with approx. 134 m² of living space, including 4 semi-detached houses and 6 terraced houses.

A central feature of this project is its outstanding energy efficiency. This means maximum cost-effectiveness and exemplary environmental awareness. To further minimize the environmental impact, the heat and hot water for each individual house is provided by an air-to-water heat pump that is 100% renewable and does not use fossil fuels.

Each of the modern residential buildings extends over three floors and offers a well-thought-out floor plan and a friendly, light-flooded atmosphere. There is enough space for the entire family here.
