The Architect's House
Das Architektenhaus at Idunastraße 2a is a two-storey residential building with four individually planned apartments. With its gable roof facing the street, it blends in well with the neighboring development along Idunastraße.
The building's architectural language is clear and modern with a smooth plaster facade. Individual subareas (applications) are elaborately designed using "Listel plastering technology". To match, roof surfaces are clad with modern smooth clay tiles. External venetian blind systems, metal sidings and balcony railings are color-coordinated with the window and door systems.
Idunastraße
The property is north-south oriented, facing the undeveloped, green perimeter at Idunastraße/Neukirchstraße. The perimiter is to be densified in the future, with a residential development and a day-care center planned south of the property.
The large garden apartment on the ground floor receives exclusive access to the garden share to the south and east and has a separate apartment entrance via an access path. The apartments on the upper floors are accessed via the main entrance via a spacious staircase.

The connection to Berlin-Mitte via public transport is very good. Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz can be reached by S-Bahn or tram in 20 to 25 minutes. The planned rapid cycle connection “Panke Trail” leads from the Pankow district directly to Berlin-Mitte.
The Schlosspark and the Pankow summer pool, riding arenas and the Berlin-Pankow golf resort are just a few kilometers away and provide local recreation.
Thanks to the direct connection to the motorway slip road to the A10 on the northern Berliner Ring, popular excursion destinations such as Wandlitzsee and Liebnitzsee in the north can be reached just as quickly.
Ahead of the curve, Heinersdorf is developing fast. The heterogeneous town center of Heinersdorf is being rearranged by a development plan with the aim of relieving the centre of through traffic and thus revitalizing the town center as "Neue Mitte Heinersdorf". In the course of this, a residential area is being created in the center of Heinersdorf through the development of the "Alte Gärtnerei" open space.
Opposite the Prenzlauer Promenade, the “Pankower Tor” district development will in future connect with residential buildings, retail, cultural institutions, daycare centers and schools in the urban space between Heinersdorf and the center of Pankow.
