The building project
This new build development project is being created in the centre of Niendorf and comprises 19 modern, high-quality condominiums that offer you the right balance between city life and personal retreat. New build construction project An der Lohe 9 is located right in the centre of Niendorf, on the corner of An der Lohe/Paul–Sorge-Strasse, near the Tibarg. The Tibarg Center with its more than 48 shops on three levels is only about 150 m away, easily reached on foot. The Tibarg and the Tibarg Center with their diverse range of shops and restaurants are the ideal meeting point for shopping and having fun. Flea markets, district festivals, Christmas markets and many other events take place here. Shops for everyday errands are available in large numbers. In addition, pharmacies, specialists and general practitioners, hairdressers, restaurants and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity of the new build project.
There are daycare centres as well as primary and secondary schools and sports clubs in the district. Underground stations Niendorf Markt and Joachim-Mähl-Straße serving the U2 line are not far from the building. The Joachim-Mähl-Straße U2 stop can be reached by older passengers, passengers with disabilities and families with prams via barrier-free/stepless access, making the entire underground line completely accessible. In addition, Hamburg city centre can be easily reached with the M5 bus in about 20 minutes from the Niendorf-Markt station (U2, as well as various bus routes).
