Leipzig-Probstheida | Feldstraße
In the attractive residential district of Leipzig-Probstheida, “An der Blumenquelle” / Feldstraße, we are building a total of 53 modern terraced houses, divided into 4 construction phases. In the first construction phase, 16 residential units will be created with a generous living space of approx. 136 m² to 145 m², which are ideal for families and couples.
A central feature of this project is the outstanding energy efficiency, which represents both maximum cost-effectiveness and exemplary environmental awareness. In order to further minimize the environmental impact, the houses are supplied with heat and hot water via a central pellet boiler system (communal system). The insulation of the houses corresponds to the current standards of the Building Energy Act (GEG).
The terraced houses extend over three floors and offer the opportunity to flexibly design the floor plan according to individual agreement. All rooms are characterized by a bright, light-flooded atmosphere and offer enough space for the entire family.
The spacious ground floor houses an open kitchen as well as the bright dining and living area, which invites you to linger together. A modern guest toilet is also available on this floor. On the upper floor there are two versatile rooms that can serve as bedrooms, children's rooms or offices. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, a toilet and a sink and has modern sanitary amenities. In the loft there are two further rooms that can be used flexibly, for example as a children's room, office or hobby room.
All windows in the terraced houses are sound- and energy-efficient, triple-glazed and have external roller shutters that allow both the incidence of light and privacy to be individually regulated. Each house has a cozy terrace that invites you to relax and linger, as well as its own garden.

- Comprehensive thermal insulation: Effective thermal insulation ensures comfortable temperatures in all seasons and helps to minimize energy consumption.

*As they grow, trees absorb CO2 from the air. When wood is burned, exactly this amount of CO2 is released and is therefore no higher than it would be if it rotted naturally in the forest. Heating with wood pellets is therefore CO2 neutral and an important contribution to climate protection.

The location | Leipzig-Probstheida
Our construction project is located approx. 8 km southeast of the center of Leipzig, in the attractive residential area of Probstheida. You can quickly reach your new home via the leafy main road, Prager Straße, past the Battle of the Nations Monument and the South Cemetery.
Probstheida is one of the most popular family neighborhoods in Leipzig. A variety of green spaces (Probstheida Volkspark, Südfriedhof, Südost leisure park, Wilhelm-Külz-Park) as well as numerous playgrounds are available to families, especially the little ones. There are also several daycare centers, a newly built elementary school, a high school and the BSZ 1 in the immediate vicinity.
The Sonnenpark is also within walking distance of our building project. Here you will find doctors, a pharmacy and a small shopping center. A newly built REWE store completes the offering. And if that's still not enough, there's a large Globus market in Wachau. So there are no limits to your shopping appetite.
Probstheida is well connected in terms of infrastructure. Tram lines 2 and 15 run on Prager Straße, bus stop Franzenallee. There are also several bus lines available, in particular bus line 76, which runs to our building project. Via Prager Straße/S242 you can reach Autobahn 38 (southeast exit) in just a few minutes.
Probstheida is a beautiful Leipzig district that has a special residential atmosphere and that special something. You will find your new home with us in the middle of many green spaces.
