The new building project Amstelbachgärten is located at Roermonder Straße 605 in the second row near the center of Richterich. Shops can be found in the immediate vicinity, further supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes. You can quickly get bread rolls on foot on Sundays. Gastronomy and medical care can also be found within walking distance of the property. There are also two primary schools and four daycare centers in Richterich, while secondary schools are in the neighboring Laurensberg district.
