The project

The underground car park underneath the buildings accommodates 51 parking spaces for cars and motorcycles. E-charging stations are pre-equipped. But the basement not only offers space for your vehicles, it also includes cellar rooms. You are entitled to a portion of it.

3 straight-lined, modern houses form the Amselquartier - your new home in the center of Pulheim. The building is characterized by two full floors and a recessed staggered floor.
