Where energy and efficiency live under one roof. In the AM RAUHEN HOLZ project in Dortmund-Lütgendortmund, sustainability meets quality of life. Perfectly connected to the Ruhr metropolises of Dortmund and Bochum, in a quiet location on the outskirts of the town in a developed residential area and in the immediate vicinity of a forest, residential comfort can be combined with future security. In the Lütgendortmund district, you now have the opportunity to design your life in a modern home. A small, fine neighborhood is being built here with a total of 36 single-family homes, of which 16 semi-detached houses are currently on offer. LOCATION AND SITE
The Dortmund district of Lütgendortmund offers an extremely exciting mix of well-developed infrastructure with a village character. The new AM RAUHEN HOLZ residential area in Dortmund is being built in a quiet location in Lütgendortmund between Karinstrasse and Ostholzstrasse. It borders a forest and offers plenty of peace and relaxation and direct access to the surrounding fields and adjacent natural areas.
A bus station is within walking distance of the future residential area and ensures good connections to the neighboring cities. In addition, the A 40 motorway surrounds the town and connects it with the cultural capital of Bochum and other cities in the Ruhr area.
In the area there are easily accessible local amenities and a well-developed social infrastructure with schools, kindergartens and sports facilities.
