Our new build project with a total of 24 apartments is located on Kapuzinerhölzl in Munich's Obermenzing district - directly adjacent to the Nymphenburg Palace Park.

Obermenzing and Pasing together form the Munich's 21st district of Pasing-Obermenzing. These two city districts could hardly be more different. The unique residential area surrounding our multi-family residence here in the middle of the small forested area known as the "Kapuzinerhölzl" in the Obermenzing district - only a stone's throw from the Nymphenburg Palace Park - ensures rest and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city and at the same time an optimal connection to Munich city center.
