OUTSIDE: NOT SIMPLY A FACADE. We have developed the design of the thermal insulation plaster facade in a sustainable manner. This retains its value for many years. The varied façade design always blends harmoniously into the respective residential environment. Large windows let plenty of light into the interior. We have equipped the house entrance with a practical canopy. Letter box and bell system are made of stainless steel and the outdoor lighting is coordinated with it. For a quick start to the gardening season, the terrace flooring has already been laid and a screen wall to the neighbors creates the necessary privacy.
QUALITY AND COMFORT. When it comes to outfitting, we focus on quality and comfort. For example in the VISTA bathroom. Here you can escape from everyday life. This is ensured by the high-quality outfitting with floor-level shower, bathtub, washbasin, heated towel rail and tiles from well-known manufacturers. Especially comfortable: Underfloor heating in all living rooms provides cozy warmth and at the same time allows a lot of freedom of design.
