We head on up to the upper floor.

You can reach the upper floor via the stairs in the living and dining area. A hallway connects two rooms, a bathroom, a storage room and an alcove, which you can use as storage space, for example.

Let's start with the bathroom, which with 8 m² offers enough space for a washstand, toilet, washing machine, bath and shower. Of course you can design your bathroom the way you always wanted it. For example with a large, walk-in rain shower.

Across from the bathroom is a niche for shelving or even a work space with a desk. On the other side of the hallway, a storage room where 2.33 m² worth of vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies and much more disappears behind a door.
