The ground floor of your new home.

You enter a small hall that offers space for coats, jackets and shoes. You have the option of planning a guest toilet here, which we will install for you. From the hallway you step straight into the heart of your home: the spacious living, cooking and dining area.

On the right hand side you will find all the connections for your kitchen, from which you can see your front yard. A few steps further there is space for a dining table where you will spend many cosy evenings. On the left you can see the stairs to the upper floor.

A few steps further and you are in what is perhaps the most cosy part of the house: the living room. This offers space for a couch, coffee table, showcase or sideboard and the TV. And while you are sitting on your couch, you can see your own garden from the patio door.

We finish the garden area with a paved terrace and a small patio storage enclosure in which you can store garden tools or planting utensils. At the same time, the cabinet also serves as a privacy screen between you and your neighbours. We will set up a garden planter for you, suitable for all sorts of greenery, at the end of the garden.

We head on up to the upper floor.

You can reach the upper floor via the stairs in the living and dining area. A hallway connects two rooms, a bathroom, a storage room and an alcove, which you can use as storage space, for example.

Let's start with the bathroom, which with 8 m² offers enough space for a washstand, toilet, washing machine, bath and shower. Of course you can design your bathroom the way you always wanted it. For example with a large, walk-in rain shower.
