Sustainable and future-oriented energy concept

An innovative, low-CO2 "cold local heating" heat supply concept ensures resource-saving energy generation. Combined with high structural standards, a sustainable concept is realized that fulfils energy efficiency class A+ or KfW 55 standards.

"Cold local heating" describes the use of low-temperature heat for the heat supply of new buildings. Energy is used that would otherwise be released unused into the environment, e.g. heat from waste water, geothermal energy and domestic ventilation exhaust. Cold local heating networks transport this thermal energy back into individual buildings close to the ambient temperature. Decentralized heat pumps are installed which raise the temperature level: usable heat is generated!

Underground car park with optional charging stations

Albert Villen residents reach their parking spaces in the underground car park via a driveway running directly from Albert-Schweitzer-Allee. Here you can optionally purchase charging stations* for electric vehicles and prepare for the future changeover to an electrical vehicle fleet.

In addition to storage space in the underground garage, bicycles, e-bikes or scooters can also be stored above ground in two bicycle sheds. An additional 8 parking spaces are available at each of the five building entrances.

Wiesbaden – the Nice of the North
