Elegant size without compromise

When designing these townhouses, it was important to me to stage the local Bauhaus architecture with its characteristic lattice windows and the typical brick as a clear commitment to the local architectural history.

By emphasizing the base on the ground floor, we have achieved a horizontal division of the building that visually reduces the height and offers a prestigious, broad appearance. It was important to us to keep the trees on the property and thus create a natural connection between architecture and nature.

The large windows facing the garden create light-flooded living spaces and at the same time offer maximum privacy. With two floors plus a staggered floor, a very large living space could be realized in each half of the house.

Our goal was to create timelessly elegant townhouses that blend in attractively with their surroundings and also offer large families the highest level of residential quality.

The outfitting of the living areas

Our outfitting concept for the living areas is characterized by high-quality materials and timeless elegance. Our oak parquet is durable, easy to clean and particularly warm underfoot. It provides an additional feel-good factor. Choose between oak country house, oak natural and oak natural whitened or opt for a completely different parquet according to your ideas. And of course you also make the decision between herringbone or parallel laid planks. After all, your personal design style should harmonize perfectly with the flooring. The hallway/cloakroom, the hallway and the cooking area have square floor tiles from COTTO D ESTE, which we will present to you on the next page. White lacquered interior doors (RAL 9010) from HGM with suitably selected handle sets round off the overall picture harmoniously.
