Location and environment
Aubing is a popular district in the west of Munich that combines perfect local infrastructure with greenery and a neighbourly atmosphere. With just 1400 inhabitants per square kilometre, Aubing has the lowest population density of all the Munich city districts.
Our town house is not far from the historic town centre. You can find all shops for your daily errands as well as schools and doctors nearby. In addition, the extensively forested recreational area known as the Aubinger Lohe begins right behind the centre. Leienfelsstraße S-Bahn station is only about 500 metres away. From there you can take the S4 directly to Marienplatz in less than 20 minutes.
The living situation in Aubing is particularly suitable for families: a primary school is only a few metres away and a secondary school and high school (Gymnasium) can be reached by bicycle. In addition, the 'Bildungscampus und Sportpark Freiham' – the largest school and education project in Munich – begins construction in the area in 2019/2020.
